Sexual performance by child under Pen. 43.25, aggravated kidnapping with intent to abuse sexually, or burglary of a habitation with intent to commit sexual assault or aggravated sexual assault against child, continuos sexual abuse of child, or aggravated kidnapping with intent to abuse sexually.
- 20 years from 18th birthday of victim if victim is younger than 17 years of age at the time offense is committed.
Injury to child under Pen. 22.04
